Valle de la Muerte is small but we really had fantastic landscapes when climbing the massive dune. It's said that it looks like Planet Mars.

The Valle de la Luna is a must see when coming to San Pedro de Atacama and we couldn't agree more !

Today we visit the archeological sites around San Pedro: Aldea del Tulor, Pukara de Quitor and a walk through the devil's throat ravines.

We start the long drive to San Pedro de Atacama, We enjoy some stunning desert landscape and have our first glimpse at the Cordillera del Sal.
