Wakatobi national park is a UNESCO listed marine park at the southeast tip of Sulawesi island. Even if it often ranks in the top dive sites in magazines and review, it’s not as well known a dive spot and it takes a bit of time to get there. I share here how to get there and dive there on a budget.
